LCSD7 is looking for a JV Football Coach for the 2025 season. Job duties are to aid in coaching the district's high school Football program. Projected start date: August 2025. FTE: 1.0. Salary Range: $4,043 - $4,376. This position is OPEN until filled.

Coach Responsibilities:

JV Offensive/Defensive coordinator

Attend and manage all aspects of JV football

Work directly with the head coach or defensive coordinator to develop and grow player skills at the JV level 

Complete all OSAA/NFS training requirements/CPR/First AID 

Type 20 license      

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Equipment inventory
• Special teams game stats

• Recruiting / Grade / Attendance tracking 

• Offensive / Defensive / Special teams game film study / input

• Assist with game day set up/take down

• Weight room / locker room supervision

• Obtain mini-bus license and transport JV players/equipment to games

• Track players 6 quarter limit per week 

Practice Responsibilities:

• Position fundamental progression / Every Day Drills for assigned group 

• Provide input and help coordinators with specific practice roles (manage scout team, lead conditioning)
• Coordinate Special teams

Game Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for JV games

• Ensure / manage equipment for JV/Varsity games
• Prior coordinating / high school coaching experience preferred
